About the team:

B&M team is a vertical dealing within the retail space for Tata 1mg. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence. The projects span across cross-business verticals including e-pharma and e-diagnostics.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling of private label products and diagnostic-related services.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Engage customers in a retail setting to promote products and drive sales.
  • Promoting the sale of TATA 1MG products within the store.
  • Interact with customers and brief them about TATA 1MG PL & Diagno products &services.
  • Contact customers for clarification or information required to process the order.
  • Generating & Reporting sales.
  • Maintain a neat and organized product display to attract attention.
  • Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless promotion execution.
  • Follow the SOP and guidelines that would be given to them.

Customer Service Skills:

Excellent customer service is crucial in a retail environment. Pharmacies often serve as a point of contact for patients seeking advice on medications and health-related concerns. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills can enhance the customer experience.

Product Knowledge: 

The candidate would be exposed to in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided to the customers about both Private label products and Diagno-related services.

Healthcare Technology:

Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology is essential for efficient prescription processing, inventory management, and maintaining patient records securely. Pharmacies are increasingly relying on technology to streamline operations and enhance patient care.

Certificate/Letter: 

A certificate or letter would be provided on successful completion. Also might get a chance to bag a full-time role.

Continuous Professional Development: 

The field of pharmacy is constantly evolving with new medications, treatments, and healthcare trends. Engaging in continuous professional development through seminars, workshops, and further education ensures that pharmacists/candidates stay updated and maintain their expertise.
