Your role

Responsibilities

• Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the operational controls to senior management
• Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible
• Developing and tracking performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing analysis on a variety of operational aspects to global stakeholders
• Support need-based projects for driving certifications, reviews and remediation projects
• Implement continuous process and engagement improvements for the CAO team and other JPMWM functions
• Excellent excel skills with a strong ability to interpret data.
