Index Research Analyst (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage the ideation and oversight of Fixed Income indices across various markets.
• Educate internal stakeholders and external clients on index products and their market implications.
• Engage in all stages of index product development, from concept to production, leveraging partnerships across technology and operations.
• Analyze large datasets to provide insights at both component and aggregate levels.
• Contribute to team publishing initiatives, including market summaries and thematic publications.
• Oversee index integrity through collaboration with Calculation Agent teams.
• Conduct research and analysis to support global clients and teams.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to execute globally with high social awareness.
• Experience in quantitative research within an index or portfolio construction environment.
• Understanding of fixed income concepts, bond math, and financial products.
• Strong interest in global and Indian financial markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in programming and database packages is a plus.
• Familiarity with external databases like Bloomberg and Reuters is preferred.
