Job Description

• Provide attention to detail while processing claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating.
• Authorize the appropriate payment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Consistently meet productivity goals that are aligned with organization objectives.
• Examine documents/images/videos for completeness, accuracy.
• Working knowledge of claims or settlements & claims processing.
• Required to demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and investigation/negotiation skills.
• Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• B Tech Electronics and Communication (Preferred) / Other backgrounds can also apply if experienced.
• Proficient in English and Hindi language both written (English) and oral.
