Your role

The Vendor Admin team is responsible for Vendor Management including enabling suppliers in SAP, Ariba, and Fieldglass. It also includes verifying vendor details through third-party systems and engaging suppliers to transact electronically with the Client.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different teams for completion of Vendor setup and maintenance in SAP, Ariba Buyer, Ariba Network, and Fieldglass. Matching and Verifying vendor details through third-party systems such as Clear, Google, FRS & SWIFT sites.
• Register suppliers in eProcurement systems for sourcing and contracting purposes
• Regular interactions with clients, sourcing managers, and suppliers
• Collaborate with the Ariba team to provide testing support for suppliers integrating with the Ariba Network
• Send trading relationship requests to the supplier to accept and transact electronically with the Client for transmitting POs and submit invoices
• Track the acceptance of the trading relationship by the supplier to ensure the completion of the supplier enablement process
