This is a Process Support Specialist role, reporting to the Global Engineering Manager in Business Area - India Operations Centre, Process Automation (INOPC PA) based in Bangalore, India.

Your responsibilities

• Perform data cleanup exercises within the CRM platform.
• Ensure all relevant data is filled up to completion, to be done in coordination with the Global Sales support team.
• Take full charge of maintenance and upkeep of data in the platform.
• Handling of Channel Partner authorization process in Salesforce.
• Ensure that Channel Partner personnel gets access to Partner Portal with the correct access level based on defined criteria.
• Ensure that new Partners are enrolled with access to relevant e-learning/virtual/classroom training modules, with correct learner groups, in MyLearning Portal.
• Monitor and maintain records of partner participation in e-learning and classroom training.
• Consolidate and maintain a repository for channel success stories and update Partner Portal pages.

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Computer Applications.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience, prior experience with Sales process support roles will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills
